Welcome to our catalog and website.
We are glad you have found us. Here is a quick guide on how to use our site, plan you project and prepare for a visit to our showroom.
The Site
Our site has two main areas, the catalog and Water-Notes. The catalog portion allows you to shop for products and develop a wish list. You will also find maps of our locations and additional info.
Water-Notes is a place where you can find design ideas, educational articles and other information.
Plan your project
You can browse our product catalog for ideas and keep a wish list as you go. Our system allows you to save your list and edit it over time. You may also email the list or contact us with questions about products. If you are in the early stages to can use the catalog to get design ideas. If you are more hands-on you can develop a detailed list for your project.
Our online catalog is large but it doesn't have everything! For complete information please see our "Brands" tab or "Plumbing Materials" tab or contact us. We pride ourselves on providing what our customers want, so if you do not see it here, please ask us!
Our stores
Please see the "Locations" tab for a list of stores. Our main location, Walnut Creek, is our largest and most complete. All locations (except Livermore) are open to the public and include pipe, valves and fittings, repair parts and water heaters as well as showrooms of finish product.
Prepare for your visit
Our showrooms are open to the public (please check locations for hours). We do not require appointments but do recommend them, especially for projects. There can be a wait period during rush hours. When you visit please bring with you any plans, samples or idea photos you have. These will help us in making recommendations and finding products to suit your needs.
